I have been baking batch after batch of cupcakes. Why? For fun. One day when we had no store bought cake mix I decided to try my hand at baking from scratch. And it turned out better then any cake I ever made with cake mix. A week and at least eleven batches of cupcakes later we are where I am now. Constantly going out to buy more butter and eggs. I have been having too much fun trying out different recipes and more importantly different toppings. I have been tweaking too many different glazing recipes in the past few days and my brother has been getting tired of eating all of my cupcakes.
So if you have any good cupcake recipes comment below and I'll most likely bake it!
